Q. How do you create your videos?
A. I use a Mac Book Pro and several high end video software tools to make my products look great.
Q. Can I get the raw video files when my project is complete?
A. No. The raw files stay with me. You receive the end product in the necessary shareable formats.
Q. What if I need changes to my video at a later date?
A. We’re happy to make edits. We bill our time at $50/hr in fifteen minute increments.
Q. Can I get a copy of my video on a DVD?
A. Sure you can. We charge $20 to produce and ship the DVD to you. (FYI, this price is built into the Special Event Packages.)
